The Comsewogue Youth Club established in 1974 sponsors, operates & maintains programs of service for the youth of the community and their families. This is provided through recreational activities, cultural activities, workshops, and more. The many services at the Comsewogue Youth Club are targeted to encourage youth to participate in the planning and implementation of programs which enhance their ability to make mature decisions, elevate self esteem and help to prevent juvenile delinquency.

The North Shore Youth Council was established in 1982 by local community volunteers working together with the Town of Brookhaven and the local school districts in the area--Rocky Point, Miller Place, Shoreham-Wading River, and Mount Sinai. North Shore offers comprehensive youth and family services, and community education at NO cost to members. Our programs extend into the community through collaboration with the schools, local businesses, and a variety of projects and agencies
